Message: I hired your team to deep clean, shampoo, sanitize and deodrize my living room and hallway carpets. I feel as though by purchasing the most expensive package i could feel confident about the carpet clean i expected. I do not expect perfect carpets or brand new looking results but not receiving the services I purchaed is beyond unprofessional. According to my neighbors the carpet technician sat in the vehicle most of the time. My family and I would appreciate if things could be made right for the services I paid for and the job be done right. I don't feel as though I need to babysit the employee and maybe I made the mistake of paying him before he even started but I was counting on this professional cleaning help because I will be giving birth to my baby in two more weeks.
